Pretty sure that would be Utah. It's obvious as that's clearly Jurassic aged sandstone with Honaker Limestone cobbles (just under Russell). Also, looking SW (judged by the sun's location and the time of day for monsoonal showers)that's Monument Valley (and Arizona). Finally the concentration of "Mormon Tea," (Ephedra funerea)is indicative of the bio-regionalism of southern Utah.
